The 3rd of August : Last step towards the sacred rock
From Coober Pedy to Erldunda.
The Coober Pedy’s atmosphere inspired some of Dreamquest-youth for a creative newspaper “Voila”:

Along the longest fence in the world, we don’t see any dingoes… Dogs are present in the mens’ stories about the local arid scenery – Breakaways. Two dogs sitting down in a shape of unique landform – a brown one and a white one - welcome Tractions passing through.
The last white hills of Coober Pedy see us of on the goudron of the Stuart HWY…
Wagging the tail of dust, we take farewell from Outback South Australia with its magnificent tracks.
Nice evening brings not only an aperitif, but also some tools – this is time to check the cars.
