Sunday April 18th, for the first time of its history, the Castle of Versailles opened its giant gates to allow a group of automobiles to drive inside its prestigious park, to celebrate the birthday of a legendary car: indeed, this Sunday, the Citroen Traction-Avant celebrated the 70th birthday of its first presentation in public on April 18th, 1934 ! 70 models of Traction-Avant, representing all the years of production from 1934 to 1957, was in exhibition and was circulating in the most prestigious property of France. The 70 teams participating to this event came from France but also from Swiss, Belgium, Holland, Germany, Italy and England.
